Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of WalletFlow. Please read them carefully.
Last updated: June 2, 2026
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using WalletFlow (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
WalletFlow is a personal finance tool for tracking expenses, accounts, budgets, goals, and related insights across web, mobile, and an MCP connector. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.
Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide an accurate email address and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country (and at least 13).
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
Your data and content
You own the financial data and content you put into WalletFlow. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you (for example, to compute budgets or deliver notifications). We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate the rights of others.
- Attempt to access other users' data, or probe, scan, or breach security or authentication.
- Disrupt or overload the Service, or interfere with its normal operation.
- Reverse engineer or misuse the Service except as permitted by law.
Not financial advice
WalletFlow is an informational tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Exchange rates, insights, projections, and assistant responses are estimates that may be inaccurate or out of date. You are responsible for your own financial decisions and should consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
AI assistant
The optional AI assistant generates responses automatically and may be incomplete or incorrect. Verify anything important before relying on it. Your use of the assistant is also subject to the third-party AI provider's terms.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (such as Supabase, Cloudflare, Render, Expo, Apple, Google, and an AI provider). We are not responsible for their services, and their terms and policies apply to their portions of the experience.
Availability and disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or always accessible.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WalletFlow and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that could harm WalletFlow or its users.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
